Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any BEYSCO Technology Integrator service, platform, or website (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. These Terms apply to all users, clients, and visitors.

2. Services

BEYSCO provides enterprise AI integration, cloud infrastructure, data engineering, and strategic technology consulting services. The specific scope of services is defined in individual Master Service Agreements ("MSAs") or Statements of Work ("SOWs") executed between BEYSCO and each client.

BEYSCO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of Services.

3. Accounts & Access

Access to certain BEYSCO platforms requires an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying BEYSCO immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

BEYSCO reserves the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, software, tools, and documentation developed by BEYSCO and made available through the Services remain the exclusive intellectual property of BEYSCO Technology Integrator unless expressly stated otherwise in a written agreement.

Client data and pre-existing client intellectual property remain the property of the respective client. BEYSCO is granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to process such data solely to deliver the contracted Services.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BEYSCO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.

BEYSCO's total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to BEYSCO in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable MSA or SOW. BEYSCO may suspend or terminate access to the Services immediately if you materially breach these Terms or engage in conduct that could harm BEYSCO, its clients, or third parties.

Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will continue to apply, including intellectual property rights, confidentiality obligations, and limitation of liability.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in a specific service agreement.
